Unit description: Building fill of the space 86, arbitrary layer, same as previous unit. F1 is a bone needle fragment. Small-medium unit. Medium and large mammals, mostly long bones, but some ribs and vertebrae, cranial; virtually no feet. includes some horn core crumbles, most of them not weathered but quite worn, clearly kicked and rolled around a lot. 20% burnt (black carbonized, gray and white calcined). Various taxa: O/C, Bos, fox, Spalax, fish, bird. Surface condition is rather poor, probably due to proximity to ground surface. Little coherence; looks like dirty fill. Sample 1 >4 mm flotation 100% sorted, recorded only as flot frags (no diagnostics). Looks generally like dry sieved with a range of fragment sizes, mostly small but not tiny. Most look worn and rolled, although a few are fresh.Figurine Records: Yes
