Discussion: Layer of thick packing / make-up rich in charcoal flakes situated in the south-eastern corner of Sp.537 of B.142. At first it was excavated arbitrary in order to obtain a micromorphological block sample (s1) from a sequence of dirty floors / platforms. Than the excavation continued to the south and more of these deposits were excavated together with a couple of additional unit numbers: U.22892 and U.22893. The layer continued behind the eastern limit of excavation.
Consistency: friable
Colour: geyish, brownish grey, orangish brown
Texture: sandy silt
Bedding: massive
Inclusions: flecks of charcoal
Post-depositional Features: truncation by possible ladder retrieval pit F.8070, erosion to the western part that has occurred since 1960's excavation
Basal Boundary: change in accumulated deposits, distinct, abrupt, smooth
