Discussion: Fill of semi-circular pit-cut against lower part of E wall (F 253) of 112, filled with quantities of redeposited wall plaster (?), some ashy lenses and brick.

Condition: sunny but cool 

Consistency: firm 

Colour: matrix: 10 YR 5/3-4/3 brown, plaster: 2.5 Y 8/2 pale yellow, some ashy lenses: 10 YR 5/1 grey 

Texture: silty clay 

Bedding: massive, layered 

Inclusions: 25 % plaster aggregate, 5 % discrete brick aggregate, 2 % charcoal (small flecks to 10 mm), 2 % phytoliths

Basal Boundary: reasonably clear, smooth, inclined
