Unit 30590
Category: Layer dug in 2013
Area: North
Data Category Information: Location: cut; Description: pit
Discussion: The fill U. 30590 was first thought to belong to a burial due to the presence of human bones of an adult found in the southeastern end of the cut of burial F. 7130. The cut for this floor was recognized by difference in colour, a sort of make-up more brownish that in its surroundings. As excavation progressed, differences of colour in the fill were observed - being more greyish brown in the eastern end and redish / orangish brown in the rest of the fill - but no traces of a burial were found, just a couple of sparse human bones in the fill. It was highly disturbed by animal burrows and the soil was very firm and clayish. It was excavated with trowel.
