Unit 32523
Category: Cut dug in 2016
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: Post retrieval pit
Data Category Information: Description: pit
Discussion: Cut of possible post retrieval pit. In S edge of space 500, adjacent to walls 7705 & partition 7990. fill contained burnt brick packing material which has presumably been removed during retieval & redeposited. Some packing material remains in edge of cut after removal of 32522, which is likely ongiral packing fill ane and post. However, there is no indication of a post scar on the N face of waII, above this posthole so interpretation not certain.
