Discussion: nb/ in post ex I re allocated this to redeposited fill of post retrieval pit (sf feb. 2001) 

Recognition: Seen beneath (3630), very similar but less plaster lumps, more compact and large lumps of charcoal. 

Definition: Roughly circular, cut to E by (2707), abutts plaster layer (3364). 

Execution: Leaf. 

Condition: Hot. 

Consistency: fairly compact 

Colour: 2.5 Y 5/2 greyish brown 

Texture: silt 60%, ash 30%, clay 10% 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: 10% charcoal frags <10 mm, 5% plaster lumps <10 mm, 2% orange burnt clay/silt flecks, 1% white salts 

Post-depositional Features: salts 

Basal Boundary: distinct/anthropogenic/sloping down to E
