Dimensions: N-S ? E-W 0.31 m; up to 0.15 m deep 

Discussion: Cut in the NW corner of space 150 that I interpret as a cut for a storage bin mainly because of the presence of an apparent truncated rim (3638) with plaster on the N face (3637), extending down into the cut. If this cut was something to do with the oven structure then why would there be plaster applied to this face?? 

Recognition: Recognised on excavation of (3631). 

Definition: Clear, lined on S side of cut by plaster (3637) W side of cut formed by wall ( ). 

Execution: Excavated by trowel/pick, not fully excavated to start with as leaving some material below wall to support it until wall excavated, presumably though close to N edge. 

Condition: Dry to slightly moist fill, and material cut into slightly moist. 

Shape: rectangualr/irregular 

Sides: vertical at S end, steep to E side 

Base Break: sharp 

Base: sloping steeply, E to W 

Orientation: n/a
