Dimensions: 0.45 m E-W x 0.45 m N-S x 0.12 m deep 

Discussion: Small oval pit, not completely excavated because of position of baulk left for micromorphology samples. Very uncertain over interpretation for use because apparently cleaned out and presumably (3721) represents a deliberate backfill. Probably has some association with the oven(-s) nearby and the small circular 'pit'? to the E (but need to check strat. for this). 

Recognition: Recognised during excavation of (3721). 

Definition: Clear. 

Execution: Trowel, only 1/2 of (3721) removed due to baulk. 

Condition: Dry. 

Shape: oval 

Sides: steep S, becoming more moderate towards N 

Base Break: gradual 

Base: concave
