Discussion: Second layer of infilling in pit in SW corner of platform F239.
A definite change in the colour/texture and number of inclusions was noticed which differs from unit (3856).
It is apparent that this pit is not related to pit/cut number (3806), see unit sheet (3859) for discussion!

Condition: Slightly moist.
Consistency: medium compactness, friable when crushed
Colour: 7.5 YR 4/4 brown
Texture: clayey loam, slightly ashy

Inclusions: hard clay lumps 5 cm 2%, small obsidian fragments, very few bits of bone

Basal Boundary: smooth, fairly prominent
