Description: This is the burial cut for the skeleton U. 40028 

 

Discussion: Unit is a small ovular (0,70 m length X 0,48 m width X 0,12- 0,08 m deep) cut is located in the eastern part of the 4th grid of the East Area. H. The cut was easy to define, because of the cluster of the stone construction which was laying on top of the burial. Cut walls were vertically sloping, but not regular on all sides, because of animal burrow, which was visible in the N-W part of the cut side as well as S-W part of the cut side. The cut is about 23 cm deep feel with the loose dark brownish soil layer. The bottom was on the bottom was clear and easy to define. Contains fill U.40027 and skeleton u.40028.
