Discussion: Unit consists of; relatively thick white plaster - 38mm thick at the W. end, 22mm thick at the E.end. At the E.end this overlys a rel. thick layer of grey material - 20mm thick - and then a wedge of floor layers - 5? in total - about 3mm thick each, alternating white plaster and grey from top. These overly a rel. thick layer of brown material - up to 25mm thick, which in turn is over the E. end of a series of fine floor layers.I can count between 17 to 22 layers in a 50mm thickness - alternating between white plaster and brown material at the top , and white plaster and grey material towards the base. The thickness of the individual layers; from extremely fine up to 3mm thick. A thicker layer ( up to 40mm thick ) at the base overall - brown silt, with some white plaster inclusions.
