Description: compact relatively homogenous, dark brown layer S of space 182 

Discussion: This deposit was identified below 5234 as makeup for that surface. An earlier attempt to find the surface in the S half of 182, which missed 5234, found a clean, compact dark brown deposit a few cm belwo this, but it subsequently appeared to be part of 5229 and not a distinct 'lower floor' (as originally marked on 672). 5239 may overlay a southerly continuation of surface 5245 - but this remains to be confirmed.
To the NW 5239 runs out against an ill-defined deposit of plastery rubble/collapse, which may represent a feature cut through surfaces in this area; to the NE was a clear edge against which 5242 + 5240 subsequently accumulated.
