Discussion: This deposit overlies the white plastery deposit and appears to constitute either a lining of the oven or part of the wall. It is abutted by 8029, a layer of mortar which in turn was abutted by the mudbrick wall.
This unit is now designated as an unclear upper surface of a mudbrick wall and has been removed to a depth where the outline of the bricks can be clearly seen.
