Discussion: This unit forms the SE quadrant of floor plaster #7 in F. 173. Removed ~1mm plaster layer and > 5mm tan packing layer underneath down to thin white plaster floor 8. There was a light (10YR 7/2) gray layer under the white plaster (10YR 8/1) which was very thin (~1-2mm) with remainder pale brown (10YR 7/2)

Condition: dry 

Consistency: plaster- friable; packing was firmer 

Colour: 10YR 8/1 (white) 10YR 7/2 (light gray) 10YR 7/3 very pale brown 

Texture: silty loam
