Discussion: It is an infill of a burial in S part of an extension. The skeleton within this pit was excavated as unit 8983 and its cut was registered as 8980. There were also two other units associated with ten's burial - these were - grave superstucture (8975) and a grave marker (7890). The infill was mixed in colour and within it there were found some fragments of mudbricks - two of them were lying an the skeleton - on the ribs and the other on the left knee.
This burial pit (feature 1171) was dug into the older cut (unit 8974).
