| Entry: | A rather frustrating day as I had to dig a series of small units that meant lots of paperwork etc and relatively little soil being shifted. What appears to be the earliest F.I. in the space was numbered F.495 but only a small area of base (4562) survives.... click here for more... |

| Entry: | Excavated F.I. 499 in the south-west corner and sure enough there is yet another lower one, F.501, making a total of three in that corner so tomorrow I will hopefully dig that one. It appears at present that the oven sequence is F.501 - F.495 - F.499 - F.... click here for more... |
