North-south alligned wall forming the western boundary of space 181 and presumably the eastern edge of a building. Below phase X building it is presum,ably phase XI. It seems to have protruded upwards into the later phase X building 23 forming some kind of internal feature. The wall appears quite complex and there are suggestions, ie different brick/mortar types and different allignments, that there are two separate phases of wall - ?XI and XII. There is no later level X wall in this position as boundaries must have shifted. It is not known what the wall joins on to.
