The feature was found during excavation of feature 874, in an area outside of the regular trench. Only its W boundary, with feature 874 was found and it is clear that feature 874 destroys (cuts) feature 871. Some human bones found in it's infill (6792) may come from the destroyed skeleton (6753). Is only one boundary of the feature was examined, it is not possible to estimate it's size, shape and function. |
