Unit 10386
Category: Layer dug in 2005
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: midden fill
Data Category Information: Location: external; Deposition: finely bedded
Discussion: We originally thought this to be a pit of some sort. There seemed to be a nice defined outline of different colored fill. Then we were convinced the cut was created by animal burrows. THEN Shahina came over and bailed us out, assuring us that this is indeed a pit. It continues on for a while North, but we won't get to excavate those parts this year (if ever :-( )
