Description: Two large fragments of stone, one which would definitley appear to be part of a grindstone, these are within pit/posthole 11497 

 

Discussion: cluster group of two possible grindstones within the deposit fill 11468 of posthole/pit 11499. It is possible these functioned as pcaking around a post that was recorded higher up in the sequence. However as grindstones are sometimes associated within deliberatly placed deposits these may have had a dual function of a speacial deposit and a functional one ?
