Unit description: Tiny unit: skull fragment, mandible fragment (both unburnt); half of human metatarsal, calcined and coated with burnt soil. Sample 7 >4mm flotation 100% sorted, recorded completely. Moderate amount, mostly sheep-size but some large mammal and a shattered burnt pig tooth. Quite a bit of burning, all temperatures. Fairly even body part representation, although feet seem under-represented. Weathering somewhat variable, mostly fairly slight. Looks like dirty fill with burning.
