Discussion: Removed thick ashy burnt clay layer (fill) from old hearth or possible bin structure on SE platform. Fill was soft, fine texture, with scattered patches of burnt white ashy pieces. Bottom of layer was lined with a thin layer of black burnt ash that was too thin to be defined as a separate layer.
