Discussion: We excavated the infill of a burial cut. Above the outline of the cut there was a pretty thick layer of plaster (u. 19723), which we removed before getting to the infill. At the top of the infill we found pieces of bone and a bit of obsidian. After the first few centimeters we found nothing except bits of shiny shell for some time (until about 15 cm in). Then we encountered phytoliths and a bit of bone, which we thought could be a baby in a basket. In fact we had a child likely wrapped in a mat. The burial infill was somewhat multicolored for the first centimeters (brown, orange spots, black spots), then it became a mid brown-grey color of a friable to firm consistency. At the bottom it had a clay-like texture and was a mid/dark brown with white specks.
