Discussion: The unit 21356 was recognized after removal of wall F7341. As the wall seemed to be sitting on the leftover infill of building 113 (possibly U19567 excavated in 2012), however we found that it was also sitting on another course of bricks (U21546, possibly a wall located 15 cm S from the wall F7341. So the unit was arbitrary defined as the part of infill below the F7341 and N from newly found wall, and excavated. In the end the bricks were found to be only singular course that possibly could be some kind of first preparation course of overlying wall. The rest of the unit underlying the bricks was separately excavated as U21547. The excavated unit was also very similar to the mortar of wall F7341, U21159 and the W part of in-between wall infill (U21165) behind the F7341, suggesting that all of those events might have taken place in same time with the use of the same material.

Colour: Light grey, darkish brown, some orangey yellow patches 

Texture: Sand, clay 

Bedding: Massive 

Inclusions: Charcoal and chalcky flakes constructional debris.
