Dimensions: 0.31 m x NW-SE x 0.16 m max width x ca 0.10 m in depth

Discussion: Infant burial at NW-SE alignment, with head at SE end. Extended and on its back, legs splayed, right leg bent and knee flat whilst left leg slightly bent at knee and raised, feet almost touching. Head appears to have been pushed down over chest, which has resulted in spinal column curved towards the east (not sure whether it is disarticulated). Between the ankles is a stone (2771, X1). The right upper arm lies along torso with the lower arm and hand below the right thigh.
The left upper arm lay below the rib cage with elbow bent and upper arm and hand on the rib cage (nice touch, hand over the heart!). Very occasional fragments of phytoliths, suggesting of being bound or trussed in matting, but no real evidence for this.

Condition: cool mornings and hot days, dry

X and Y of Targets: Target A - X: 907.26; Target A - Y: 979.77; Target B - X: 907.58; Target B - Y: 979.5; Target C - X: 0; Target C - Y: 0; Target D - X: 0; Target D - Y: 0

Body: extended, lying on back

Head: appears to have been disarticulated, skull lies crushed in rib cavity, mandible almost between the knees, no it would seem the head was pushed down not disarticulated.

Right Arm: slightly bent at elbow, lies along left side of body into lower arm bones below left thigh

Left Arm: left arm humerus lay below the ribs, bent at elbow with hand on the ribcage (hand on the heart!)

Right Leg: comes out from below mandible, bent at knee with foot close to left foot

Left Leg: thigh close to skull, bent vertically at knee with foot close to right foot

Other comments: ribs slightly askew from alignment of lower body
