Unit 30127
Category: Layer dug in 2013
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: rubble rich layer
Data Category Information: Location: building; Deposition: heterogeneous
Discussion: This unit was recognized as separate thanks to its colour (black originating from ash) and a big amount of rubble in comparison to the U.30563 (rubble ashy layer). It is possible that rubble originates from the collapsed wall but it is uncertain. Beyond presence of rubble with ash and charcoal remains we've found a lot of big bones and two horncores (some kind of feasting deposit?). In the southern part of the unit it is aligned with treshold or some kind of boundary but for now we aren't sure of that because we stopped excavating and made the basal boundary an arbitrary one.
