Discussion: Make-up U.32012 had been recorded below the hard backed base U.31570 within the Oven (F.7854), that belonged to the latest occupational phase of B.132. The presented layer composed of sandy-silt material that was tempered additionally by chaff. Its extraction and identification from the overlying base of oven commenced very easily due to noticeable distinctions in texture and evidenced affects of the high temperature that did not resulted in complete backing (firing) the silty make-up as it happened with the clayish base. The basal boundary of the make–up constituted remains of older make-up (32018) mixed with the badly preserved patchy base of older oven construction situated directly below. 

Consistency: soft 

Colour: mid-brown in uper part (burning effect), mid-grey in lower segment of the unit 

Texture: sandy-silt 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: 10% - organic temper (chaff)
