Discussion: (3730) represents a depsoit of plaster/clay and bricky material in the corner between walls 278 and 281. It appears to have been one of several deposits dumped in space 106, which accumulated after its use.

Recognition: Distinguished by its clean brick/plaster/clay composition and fairly compact state.
Definition: Defined by its different texture/colour.
Execution: Trowel and pick.

Colour: varies; plaster 2.5 Y 7/2 light grey; clay 2.5 Y 5/3 light olive brown; burnt clay (?) 10 YR 7/3 very pale brown; bricky material 10 YR 6/4 light yellowish brown; ashy material 2.5 Y 4/2 dark greyish brown
Texture: clay/plaster/brick (sandy silt)
Bedding: massive
Inclusions: 5% charcoal (flecks,small and medium sized pieces) bone medium sized pieces
Post-depositional Features: heavily disturbed by animal burrowing and encrusted with salts
Basal Boundary: a sharp, distinct basal boundary, although as it overlay the softer deposit this was irregular and wavy
