Description: cluster of pieces of obsidian lying within a hollow 

Discussion: tightly packed group of obsidian pieces lying in slight hollow. No clear sign of the being in a cut. Appears to be quite a mixed assemblage.
In terms of its location [spatial and temporal] within the building it may be similar to hoard (4160) - building 1 phase 2.
