Discussion: Fragmentary truncated floor (plaster) in north-west of space 173. Mostly consists of a single application of plaster c 5mm thick (up to 10mm in patches). About 2m south of the north wall of the space the floor appears to dip down slightly and run out (see plan). Plaster visible to the south of this is perhaps part of the infill beneath floor level.
Recognition: Off white plaster floor cement, partly exposed when I took over
Definition: Fragmented but clear-uncertain relationships to floor further south in space (though these probably later)

Condition: Fairly dry
Consistency: Firm
Colour: Very pale brown
Texture: Silty clay brown
Bedding: (Apparently) massive

Post-depositional Features: Not visible but floor clearly truncated/ disturbed
