Unit description: Associated with oven (rake-out?) in South. Sample 2 (flotation) was the only material analysed. Burning was about 40% and at low-medium temperatures (no calcined bone); this is somewhat high. Fragments were quite small and battered, and most were from sheep-sized animals. Only one or two pieces were (possibly) digested. Fragments appear trampled and beaten, but not washed. The bone material is exactly what one would expect for oven rake-out debris. Last Number = 16
