Unit 7125

Category: layer    dug in 2002

Area: TP

Interpretive Categories: floor

Data Category Information: Location: building; Description: general

Dimensions: 5.0 x 1.5

Discussion: This is a compact layer quite easily distinguishable from the layer above. It was limited from the S by the "wall" 7034, from the N by wall 7039, from E and W by the boundaries of the grid. After removing the walls it occurred that extent was larger to the N (below the wall 7040- same as 7323).

Recognition: by consistency- more compact than above

Definition: S and N boundaries defined by walls: 7039, 7034, E and W arbitrarily by the grid boundaries; boundaries with the layer below sharp, distinct

Execution: shovel

Condition: hot, dry
