Discussion: It is a cut of a large pit in S part of an extension. The cut was first visible in W section of the main trench while on the surface of the extension, within the pit, some smaller layers were distingnised (units8953, 8971, 8970) forming one level of the pit. The second level was unit 10907, 3rd 10910 and 4th 10922.
The other part of the pit (feature 1175) was also excavated in previous seasons. These were consequently 4 layers: 4th - unit 7449, 3rd - 7156, 2nd - 7087 and 1st - 6992.
The diameter of the cut was shortening slightly - it was more visible in the uppest layer.
