Discussion: half sectioned fill of post hole. Two distinct fills exposed in section which were excavated as (17925) and (17926).
Recognition: pale curcular fill against dark grey background, against wall and post retrieval
Execution: half sectioned
Consistency: loose and friable at top, and firm lower
Colour: mid - dark grey brown at top and mid yellow brown with mottles of grey and off white
Texture: fine sandy clay silt (10:10:80)
Bedding: layered
Inclusions: mod frags of mortar, grey clay and plaster
Post-depositional Features: possibly disturbed by animal runs at top hence looser fill (17925)
Basal Boundary: clear, constructional. Exposed earlier wall and plaster to east and homogenous dark grey fill to sides
