Description: N.F.E. P. EX. 2009
2014: Unit is many layers of burned wall plaster on feature 5038, in between 2 spaces 135 and 373.
Discussion: Plaster on N. face of wall F.5038 (S. wall SP.135, B.80, E. length).
Number allocated for reference in Post. EX. 2009. (N.F.E.).
2014: This plaster unit was recognized and assigned a unit number in 2009 and was partially excavated this year to remove wall extension of F 5038. Only the wall plaster that extended over this feature was removed. Therefore some of U. 18920 still extends to the E. The removed portion was heavily burned and therefore consolidated. It was difficult to determine the approximate number of layers removed. The plaster was heavily degraded around the location of the oven and near the bottom of the wall. This plaster contains paintings of children's handprints, just above the ladder base.
