Description: cut edges slightly burned 

Discussion: This unit was recognized as the cut for a darker, burned fill. It was relatively easy to follow although after cleaning we had to expand the edges a bit more than we had originally seen. The cut was probably filled quickly with fill (u.21151), and has some stone impressions at the base and coming in from the side. The cut was exposed by excavating the darker fill until infill was seen on the base and edges. The unit was cut into the surrounding infill.

Base Break: sharp to gradual 

Base: flat with a few irregularities
