Discussion: Second baked floor within oven structure in the N wall of the space. Of similar composition, and therefore source, as the first baked floor, the surface of this unit appears severely scorched and crumbly, with dispersed charcoal remains towards the top. The extension of this floor is substantially reduced when compared to that of the first baked floor, mainly because of the very compacted clay packing (U.30017) that blocks the W part of the oven. This suggests that, as usual in B.114, this feature underwent several modifications during its lifetime.
