Discussion: Wall plaster located by the northwestern platform F.7950 on northern wall F.7707. This unit represernts is the later 20+ layers of plastering that took place on the wall. Each layer of pure white marl plaster is preceded by a brown or greyish brown makeup layer. And during excavation I removed at least 20 such consecutive plaster / make-up combinations. Towards the bottom of the context, located centrally with regards to the platform, the plasters peeled off to a ground stone stuck on the wall during an earlier repair / niche reduction phase.
The entirety of the northern wall seems to have been plastered the same way across its use-life. The decision to stop at the stone was made because it seems as though the stone was placed into the niche at the level of the current floors that are exposed on the platform.
A small section of these 20+ layers remains on the wall -- it is simply to baked into the earlier levels of plasters.
