Discussion: This section of intact floor plaster ws removed in order to descend further in space 240. Directly underneath this layer (8 cm below) a line of plaster was uncovered where the wall plaster had previiously extended into the N from the N face of feature 1752. No inclusions noted.
This plaster floor surface appeared to be conjoined with/ of the same phase as the unit 11026 plaster wall.

Recognition: This surface was uncovered as we descended inunit 11016, while defining the wall plaster on feature 1752
Definition: We followed the extent of the intact plaster surface,which is bordered on the S by F. 1752, and is surrounded by fill 11016 on other sides
Execution: Careful scraping with "Mira tool", brushing
Condition: Warm, dry, slight breeze
Consistency: Compact (but *very* think layer, so "friable")
Colour: Dark cream, beige-ish
Texture: Very clayey loam
Bedding: Massive
Inclusions: None
Post-depositional Features: Some bioturbation due to roots and animal burrows
Basal Boundary: Where plaster cedes to underlying sediment
