Unit 11484
Category: layer dug in 2004
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: pillaster construction makeup
Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: feature; Description: post; Material: pise-like; Deposition: heterogeneous
Discussion: layer came off cleanly, exposed a white plaster moulding of some sort to south side (had already been partially exposed). At back pillaster had very clear join with the wall mudbrick, easy to see. Apart from white plaster and inclusions is similar to pillaster removed in NW corner earlier.
Were some unstratified finds in an animal burrow (11489) under the pillaster, most likely connected to the pillaster material.
