Unit description: No material from dry sieve. Sample 3 >4mm flotation 100% sorted, recorded completely. Smallish sample of mostly sheep-size scrap, with some large mammal. Most pieces fairly small, but some up to 3 cm. Practically all burnt at low temperatures; some burnt eggshell as well. Burning has a postdepositional look. Weathering sl ight, much of fragmentation due to burning and modern breaks. No coherence. Looks like fill, or maybe sweepings. Sample 4 >4mm flotation 100% sorted, recorded completely. Very small sample, consisting of one piece of large mammal indeterminate scrap, and six pieces of sheep-size. Sizes range up to 3 cm, weathering is slight. Only one is burnt. Not much to go on, but seems fairly similar to sample 3 except not burnt. Last number = 29
