Discussion: Room fill of space 340, which is defined by walls F.2428 and 2413 and buttresses F.5053/5054 and 5052. Only when excavating, the unit it became clear that 5053/5054 and 5052 are no walls, but buttresses, therefore the space is actually not closed.
Parts of the roomfill cut by pit 16823 and grave cut 16801. Little sondage opened in the quarter in the SW corner. Not finished this season, therefore finished arbitrary.
The fill is mostly loose, brown soil (moist) with hard patches. Heavily mixed with pieces of plaster, burnt mudbrick, charcoal, lime, clay, mortar. Heavily truncated by animal burrows, also the walls.
