Description: This is a loose sandy packing layer of a light brown colouring. The layer is very patchy, simular to the previous floor and makeup layers in this area.
Discussion: The sandy layer of packing is undulating which makes it unlcear. The floor is very patchy in places and doesn’t always seem to match the other layers that have been uncovered in the same area. It is thought that the sandy layer is sitting above the clay layer but is very pacthy. The sandy layer also appears to be lying on top of dirty floor levels directly to the south. These packing layers are now very eroded so the layer after its u.20065 which is very substantial, composed or clay and ash.
