Discussion: U. 22628 was recognized by its colour, darker than color of the infill above (u.22617). That was probably a place where they dumped soil after some activities. It stretches along wall F.7705. At the beginning it looked like a pit. It was excavated with trowel. 

Consistency: compact 

Colour: grey (dark) 

Texture: silt loam 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: animal bones and charcoal 

Post-depositional Features: - 

Basal Boundary: mostly clear-came down on u.22635- another layer of orange-grey mottled room fill like U.22617 (the one above)
