Interpretive Categories: platform surface

Description: disintegrating fragment of plaster at the north west corner of Platform F7951. seals a rubble formation layer.

Discussion: The correct stratigraphic relationship with partition F7990 and post pad 32501 requires excavation to comfirm. Initially thopught to run underneath both of these contexts excavation of the western side of the partition revealed that the partition was in fact a very early, if not original feature of B.131. If correct this would mean that the Platform 7951 of which 32500 was the orginal plaster surface, is later , not earlier, than 7990.
