Discussion: Very small ashy deposit. Fire debris. Fills hollow in wall of "bin" F.257. Possibly part of repair or just accidental addition to wall. 

Recognition: Dark grey ashy deposit in hollow in (3329) and (3328), seen by (3302) removed. 

Definition: Within hollow in (3329) and (3328) only, very thin deposit. 

Execution: Leaf, 100% archive sampled. 

Condition: Hot, covered. 

Consistency: loose 

Colour: 10 YR 5/2 greyish brown 

Texture: ash 90%, silt 10% 

Bedding: 10% charcoal frags. <5 mm, 8% salts <5 mm, 2% phytoliths on interfaces 

Inclusions: massive 

Post-depositional Features: salts 

Basal Boundary: abrupt/concave/anthropogenic/surface: slopes down in hollow mostly to N and W, smooth concave
