Unit 3376
Category: layer dug in 1998
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: floor
Data Category Information: Location: building; Description: general; Material: non-white laid floor; Deposition: composite (floor/bedding/plaster/packing/occupation)
Dimensions: 98 cm E-W x 25 cm S-N
Discussion: In this unit I removed the floor thin white layer of plaster. The floor stopped (???) on the profile of entrance and it dissapeared. The fine floor line can be followed as E-W baulk (??) but not visible in the profile of entrance, instead there is an ashy deposit on same level.
??= unreadable
Recognition: When layer (3342) removed the hardness and texture of the soil clamped to a thick layer of white deposit (plaster) and loose but clayish layer just below this hard layer.
