Discussion: Uncertain about interpretation of this unit, light greyish brown crust of material appeared more likely that some kind of occupation deposit rather than a floor, close proximity to oven, but below (3396). 

Recognition: Recognised on cleaning, after removal of (3726) lip of unit visible on W edge. 

Definition: Clear. 

Execution: Trowel. 

Condition: Dry. Surface: smooth, but with some cracking, inclined to W. 

Consistency: friable 

Colour: 10 YR 5/2 greyish brown (dry) 

Texture: clayey silt 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: occ. >2% charcoal flecks 

Post-depositional Features: 15% salt flecks at basal boundary 

Basal Boundary: abrupt/distinct/smooth/inclined to W
