The excavation diaries are a daily log kept by the excavators on site during each season. They record the day to day activity of the team and their observations on their work.

Entry: Both yesterday and today I have been digging in space 341 (Unit 16859). I' ve been taking it down to the level at which I definied the corner of the room fill on 3/8/08. So far, not much has been coming out of the fill, mainly small bits of bone and potte... click here for more...

Entry: CMF and EUR brushed their Building 105 for its first 3D-Scan. After this, CMF started on removing wall F.3349, which turned out to be quite disturbed, and uncovered nicely the tops of walls F.3352 and F.3350, starting from the northern part moving south. ... click here for more...
