Data Category Information: Location: cut; Description: scoop; Deposition: homogeneous
Discussion: Scoop fill (u.22644) was easy to distinguish from the floor by its different colour (much lighter on surface) and consistency, which was softer. There were plaster fragments in the fill, mixed with some small brick pieces and a few stones. Its been excavated with trowel and brush.

Texture: sandy silt loam
Bedding: massive
Inclusions: ashes, single plaster fragments

Basal Boundary: quite difficult to find boundary, distinguished by different level of compaction
